According to a mutual agreement between the Supreme People’s Procuratorate of China and the Office of the Attorney General of Thailand, a senior prosecutors delegation from Thailand which consists 10 senior prosecutors will attend a 10-day training course at the China-ASEAN Prosecutors Exchange and Training Base in June 2018. 

The contents of this training course include the Xi Jinping’s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics on a New Era, Chinese Criminal Justice System and Judicial System Reform, Chinese Constitutional System, Chinese Public Prosecution System, Prosecution System of the Hong Kong SAR on Anti-Corruption and Anti-Money Laundering, etc. In order to acquaint the Thai prosecutors with Chinese judicial and procuratorial system, Mr. William Tam, SC, Head of the Commercial Crime Sub-Division within the Prosecutions Division, Deputy Director of Public Prosecutions of the Department of Justice of the Hong Kong SAR and other procuratorial experts and professors organized by the base will give lectures and seminars to the Thai senior prosecutors on the above mentioned contents. At the same time, other events including attendance court trial on criminal case, visit the city level procuratorate will be organized. Moreover, for the purpose of improving mutual understanding and enhancing friendly cooperation, lecture related to prosecution of Thailand is expected to be given by the Thai senior prosecutor.
