According to a mutual agreement between the Supreme People’s Procuratorate of China and the Attorney General’s Office of Indonesia, a senior prosecutors delegation from Indonesia which consists 10 senior prosecutors will attend a 12-days training course at the China-ASEAN Prosecutors Exchange and Training Base in September 2018.

The contents of this training course include the Xi Jinping’s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics on a New Era and the ‘Belt and Road’ Initiative, Chinese Criminal Justice System and the Construction of Rule of Law, Chinese Procuratorial System of Accusation and Petition, Chinese Public Prosecution System, Prosecution System of the Macau SAR and Malaysia, etc. In order to acquaint the Indonesian prosecutors with Chinese procuratorial system and the prosecution system of other ASEAN member states, Ms. Kuok Un Man, Assistant Prosecutor General of Public Prosecution Office of the Macau SAR，Mr. Saiful Edris bin Zainuddin, Deputy Head of Prosecution Division II, Attorney General’s Chambers of Malaysia and other procuratorial experts and professors organized by the base will give lectures and seminars to the Indonesia senior prosecutors on the above mentioned contents. At the same time, other events include attendance court trial on criminal case, visit the city level procuratorate will be organized for the purpose of improving mutual understanding and enhancing friendly cooperation.
