According to a mutual agreement between the Supreme People’s Procuratorate of China and Vietnam, a senior prosecutor delegation from Vietnam, which consists 25 senior prosecutors will attend a 10-days training course at the China-ASEAN Prosecutors Exchange and Training Base (hereinafter referred to as “the base”) in November 2018.

The contents of this training course includeXi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, Chinese Criminal Judicial System and Rule of Law, Chinese Procuratorial System of Accusation and Petition,  Public Prosecution System, Public Interest Litigation System, and etc. In order to acquaint the Vietnamese prosecutors with Chinese procuratorial system, procuratorial experts and professors organized by the base will give lectures and seminars to the Vietnamese senior prosecutors on the above mentioned contents. At the same time, other events include attendance court trial on criminal case and visit to a county will be organized for the purpose of improving mutual understanding and enhancing friendly cooperation.
