The main content of this seminar includes Chinese Judicial System Reform, Chinese Constitutional System, Chinese Criminal Adjudication System, Chinese Foreign-related Civil and Commercial Adjudication System, Chinese Judicial Practice on Combating Human Trafficking, Chinese Juvenile Protection System. In order to better acquaint the Cambodian Prosecutors and Judges with Chinese judicial system and reform effect, experts from prosecution and trial field and university professors invited by the base will host seminars on the above aspects. At the same time, other events include attendance court trial on criminal case, visit local courts and procuratorates will be organized by the base. In addition, lecture related to the Cambodian criminal judicial system is expected to be given by the Cambodian senior prosecutor.
