According to a mutual agreement between the Supreme People’s Procuratorate of China and Laos, a  prosecutors and judges delegation from Laos, which consists 15  prosecutors and 5 judges will attend an 12-days seminar at the China-ASEAN Prosecutors Exchange and Training Base (hereinafter referred to as “the base”) in September 2019. 

The topics for the seminar are Socialism with Chinese Characteristics of Xi, China's Prosecution System and Judicial Reform, China's Criminal Justice System, China's Foreign-related Civil and Commercial Adjudication System, China's Public Prosecution System, etc. On the occasion, the base will organize the discussion on the above contents between prosecution experts of two countries. To enrich the communication content and form, the base will  develop trans-provincial communication,  combining visits to courts, procuratorates and sitting-in hearings and other activities, let the Loatian prosecutors and judges fully understand China's judicial system and reform situation.
