This side event aims to promote, discuss, and share best practices in applying restorative justice. Restorative justice is a law enforcement concept where a measure of justice is no longer retributive but oriented around the recovery of the victims and perpetrators. Its implementation considers the balance between applicable rules and the principle of expediency.
