Based on the Memorandum of Understanding between the Supreme People’s Procuratorate of the People’s Republic of China and the Supreme People’s Procuracy of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam which signed and entered into force on April 23 this year, the prosecution service of Guangxi handed over criminal assistance documents of a criminal case involving a Vietnamese nationals forced another person to engage in prostitution in China to the Vietnamese prosecution service on July 7, 2017.
